Iain Mutch

Iain was called to the bar in 2002 and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn.  Prior to coming to the bar, he practised as a solicitor for 11 years, predominantly in the North West. 

His years as a solicitor have provided him with a strong client focus, together with a good understanding of the pressures placed upon solicitors. Iain specialises in crime, housing and personal injury work, litigious and non-litigious family work, the interpretation of consumer contracts and the drafting and interpretation of tenancy agreements. Mr. Mutch is qualified to accept direct access clients.
