Cathy transferred to the Bar in 2008 (Lincoln's Inn), having practised as a
solicitor for 4 years. She has a predominantly civil and criminal practice.
As a solicitor, Cathy successfully obtained higher rights of audience in all
proceedings, specialising in civil proceedings in 2005.
She has a broad experience of civil work, particularly credit hire, personal injury,
housing and family cases.
From 2006 until 2009 Cathy worked for the Crown Prosecution Service as a Crown Advocate, with responsibility for prosecuting jury cases in the Crown Court, as well as Magistrates' court prosecutions.
