Tim Hammond

Tim was called to the Bar in 2007, and is a member of Inner Temple, with a civil and criminal practice. 

Tim has a particular interest in credit hire, appearing regularly in both small claim and fast track cases. This is complemented by his experience in personal injury claims, consumer credit, and Criminal Injuries Compensation appeals.

Tim's criminal practice encompasses both prosecuting and defending, the latter mainly concerning road traffic offences.

Before coming to the Bar Tim worked as a commodity options trader for 12 years in London and overseas. He retains this urgency and attention to both detail and deadlines, and is well placed to advise on more complicated financial cases.
