Steven has been a Barrister for over 19 years since his call to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn and pupillage and gaining his Masters Degree in Law in London. He has a predominantly mixed common law background.

Khodaparast – v – Shad [1999] (CA) TLR 1.12.1999.

Two years in Hong Kong were spent in a large commercial practice specialising in Commercial and Banking Law and Litigation; Drafting and negotiating contracts for major insurance companies, including successfully drafting and negotiating contracts for tender in excess of HK $ 25,000,000 with the Provisional Airport Authority and drafting contracts for Joint – Venture agreements between Hong Kong based companies and the People’s Republic of China.
