Tim Hammond
Tim was called to the Bar in 2007, is a member of Inner Temple, and has a predominantly civil practice.
Tim has a particular interest in credit hire, appearing regularly in fast track cases for both claimants and defendants This is complemented by his experience in RTA- related personal injury claims, consumer credit, and Criminal Injuries Compensation appeals, and the associated costs.
The balance of Tim’s practice comprises family law, including ancillary relief, contact and residence orders.
Before coming to the Bar Tim worked as a fixed income and commodity options trader for 12 years in London and overseas, trading both open outcry (LIFFE, IPE) and screen-based markets. He retains this urgency and attention to both detail and deadlines, enabling him to deliver relevant and pragmatic advice within the time frames required.
