Jonathan Rule
Head of Chambers
Jonathan is a Chancery/Commercial practitioner of 15 years’ Call, and a member of Gray’s Inn. He specialises in landlord and tenant, real property, easements and covenants, insolvency, wills and probate, inheritance disputes, partnerships and general commercial disputes. He also practises extensively in Consumer Credit and Personal Injury matters.
Jonathan has lectured nationwide on property, easement and housing matters, and is an accredited tutor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
He appeared in the Legal 500 in 2006. Notable Cases include Rakusens Ltd v Baser Ambalaj Plastik Sanayi Ticaretas(2001) EWCA Civ. 1820; Mark Blunden v Frogmore Investments Ltd (2002) EWCA Civ. 573; Goldmile Properties Ltd. v Speairo Lechouritis(2003) EWCA 49.
