Neil Addison
Neil Addison is an experienced Barrister having been called by Grays Inn in 1976.
In addition, he has experience as a Company Secretary and was a Senior Crown Prosecutor for 8 years.
His practice covers all aspects of Criminal law and some aspects of Civil law, principally credit hire cases. He has particular experience in Civil/Criminal cases such as Proceeds of Crime, Banning Orders, Anti Social Behaviour, and Police Powers.He lectures as well as practises in this area.
Neil is a recognised expert in the areas of harassment, bullying at work and discrimination law.
He has authored text books and given lectures on these subjects including the recent text book ‘Religious Discrimination and Hatred Law’. Neil runs two internet sites: www.harassmentlaw.co.uk, which deals with all aspects of criminal and civil harassment law, workplace bullying, racial and sexual harassment and anti-social behaviour, and www.religionlaw.co.uk, which provides information and relevant web links on the subject of Religious Discrimination and Hatred Law in England and Wales and internationally.
